From the manufacturer's perspective, what is the biggest challenge with customers?
Reminding yourself every day to always consider the customer's overall process in order to offer them the perfect individualised solution.
In your opinion, what are the strengths of Kern AG?
That we are a modern, third-generation family business which, thanks to flat hierarchical levels, is able to adapt quickly to new demands from the market and our customers.
Personally, I am very much looking forward to welcoming our customers to the Kern User-Forum in Schwäbisch Hall in September and exchanging ideas with them.
